Supreme Court verdict on telcos AGR dues The Supreme Court is expected to give its final verdict in the adjusted gross revenue case today, ruling on whether telecom companies Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea will be allowed a relaxed payment structure for clearing the dues they owe to the Union government. Both companies had sought 20 years to make their AGR payment to the government in a staggered manner. 3. Manipur CM to move trust motion The Manipur Assembly will vote on a trust motion to decide the fate of the coalition government led by the BJP. Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh moved the trust motion on Friday in the wake of a no-confidence motion by the Opposition Congress.
