2. Sushant Singh Rajput case: SC to pronounce verdict on Rhea Chakraborty's plea
The Supreme Court is scheduled to pronounce on Wednesday its verdict on a plea filed by actress Rhea Chakraborty who has sought transfer of an FIR, lodged against her at Patna for allegedly abetting the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, to Mumbai.  Rhea Chakraborty.
3. Meeting of union cabinet
A meeting of the Union Cabinet and Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) will be held on Wednesday. The meeting will be held at 10:30 am at residence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
4. Parliamentary panel on Home Affairs to meet on COVID-19
All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Director, Randeep Guleria will also be present in the meeting along with the Union Health Ministry officials.
5. Second chartered flight for stranded passengers from Dubai to reach Kolkata

North Korea will open a high-profile political conference on Wednesday to discuss unspecified crucial issues as it struggles to keep afloat a sanctions-ravaged economy hit further by its anti-virus efforts and devastating flooding.
7. Naval Commanders' Conference to discuss operational readiness, tri-service synergy
The Naval Commanders' Conference will begin here on Wednesday to review major operational, logistics and administrative activities and discuss ways to optimise tri-service synergy. The conference assumes greater significance in the backdrop of border tensions with China and unprecedented challenges posed by COVID-19. The commanders would also undertake deliberations upon the larger security imperatives in the Indo-Pacific.

9. EU leaders to hold emergency talks on Belarus crisis
EU leaders will hold emergency video talks on Wednesday on the crisis in Belarus, where protests are swelling against the disputed re-election of President Alexander Lukashenko.The meeting was called by EU Council President Charles Michel after Russia said it was ready to provide military help to its ally Lukashenko, who has ruled Belarus for 26 years.
