1. India-Bangladesh meet on river water sharing today Top officials of the water resources ministries of India and Bangladesh will meet here on Tuesday to discuss issues related to river water-sharing and flood forecast, sources said on Monday. The Indian delegation will be headed by Pankaj Kumar, secretary in the Jal Shakti Ministry. The Bangladesh side will be headed by senior secretary Kabir Bin Anwar, the sources added.

PM Modi to hold virtual summit with Finnish counterpart Marin today Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin | File Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a virtual summit with his Finnish counterpart Sanna Marin on Tuesday that will provide a "blueprint" for the future expansion of the bilateral partnership, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said. In their discussions, the two leaders will cover the entire spectrum of bilateral relationship and will also exchange views on regional and global issues of mutual interest, it said. 3. Central team to visit Haridwar to review medical care arrangements for Kumbh Mela A high-level central team led by Dr S K Singh, Director of National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), will be deputed to Haridwar in Uttarakhand to review medical care and public health arrangements for Kumbh Mela starting April 1, the Union Health Ministry said on Monday. The team will leave on Tuesday, it added. 4. COVID-19: Bus, eatery restrictions in Parbhani, Aurangabad The Parbhani district administration on Monday moved to restrict private bus services from cities like Mumbai and others from Tuesday in view of a recent surge in COVID-19 cases, officials said. Private bus services from Parbhani to places like Mumbai, Aurangabad, Pune and Nanded will be halted from March 16 till March 23, an order issued by Collector Deepak Muglikar said. 5. TN polls | Dhinakaran to launch his poll campaign in Thiruvottiyur on Tuesday T.T.V Dhinakaran filing his nomination for the Kovilpatti constituency on Monday The Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK) general secretary T.T.V. Dhinakaran will launch his election campaign in Thiruvottiyur, near Chennai on Tuesday. During the period up to March 31. 6. Confident India look to build on new approach against England in 3rd T20I Their confidence soaring high after a resounding series-levelling win, India would look to build on their new approach of batting freely and fearlessly when they take on England in the third Twenty20, on Tuesday.
