Narayanasamy-led Congress govt. in Puducherry to face floor test today The resignations of two more MLAs on Sunday have brought down the House strength to 26, with the ruling combine — the Congress (9), the DMK (2) and an Independent — having only 12 legislators. Chhattisgarh Assembly budget session to begin on Monday Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, who holds the finance portfolio, will present the State budget on March 1. 7.
