Coronavirus | Latest numbers and developments The number of positive coronavirus cases reported from India now stands at 20,86,203 at the time of publishing this newsletter. The death toll from the disease stands at 42,580. 2. PM to inaugurate Rashtriya Swachhata Kendra on Saturday; interact with students A tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, the Rashtriya Swachhata Kendra (RSK) was first announced by the Prime Minister on April 10, 2017 on the occasion of the centenary celebrations of Gandhiji's Champaran 'satyagraha'. 3. New guidelines for international travellers comes into effect Under the new guidelines, all travellers should submit a self-declaration form online at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel. They should also give an undertaking on the portal that they would undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days, i.e. 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost followed by 7 days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health, the order stated.  4. Delhi airport develops online portal for international passengers From Saturday, a total of five categories of passengers can get exemption from the mandatory seven-day institutional quarantine -- pregnant women; those who have suffered death in the family; those suffering from a serious illness; parents accompanying children below 10 years of age; those who have COVID-negative certificate from a test done 96 hours prior to the journey. 5. GC Murmu to take oath as new CAG Murmu was appointed as the first LG of Jammu and Kashmir after it was made a Union territory last year but had resigned from the position earlier this week. 6. Drones banned in Noida in view of Adityanath's visit No drone cameras are allowed to operate in Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddh Nagar for two days starting Friday in view of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's visit on Saturday, police said.  7. Fake followers racket: rapper Badshah questioned by police He has been summoned for questioning on Saturday afternoon too. 8.
