8) Shops to remain open for five days in Indore for festivals
The district administration inIndore, worst hit by the Covid-19 outbreak in Madhya Pradesh, has decided to allow opening of all shops for five days from Thursday for upcoming festive season.
9) Supreme Court says shocked at IIT-Bombay backing out of smog tower project
The Bench expressed displeasure as over IIT Bombay backing out from the project after six months as the top court had passed the order in this regard in January this year. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta urged the court to give him time till tomorrow. The Bench accepted the SG's request and posted the matter for hearing on Thursday. 10) COVID-19 in Raj Bhavan: Tamil Nadu Governor isolates himself for a week
Three more Raj Bhavan staff have been shifted to hospital by the Health Department and undergoing treatment, a release said.
