When will there be a breakthrough?

Hello,
Talks over the next coronavirus relief package continue to drag on. There have been a couple signs of agreement. First on a new round of $1200 stimulus checks and then on an extension of the PPP small business loan program. Yet both parties remain far apart on how to extend enhanced unemployment benefits, among other issues.
So, when can we expect a deal? It looks like talks could persist into next week. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin has suggested he is open to a bigger package than the $1 trillion legislation proposed by GOP senators. But the White House has signaled that President Trump may attempt some sort of executive action, although it's unclear what he could do. CNBC's Jacob Pramuk breaks down the latest developments here.
