3) National Education Policy 2020 | States will decide on medium of instruction, says Union Education Minister

4) Delhi's five-day sero survey to begin on Saturday
A senior government official said 15,000 samples would be collected over a span of five days and the survey would kickstart in four districts, including north and northwest Delhi.
5) Goa to release Rs. 5.23 cr support price for cane farmers
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Chandrakant Kavlekar and Cooperation Minister Govind Gawade assured to release the support price for sugarcane growers by Saturday.
6) Assam allows gathering of three to five persons for Eid prayers
Assam has allowed the gathering of three to five persons for offering namaz in the masjids in different districts on Eid-Uz-Zuha on Saturday in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
