1) Coronavirus | Latest numbers and developments
The number of coronavirus cases in India stands at 2,36,207 with the death toll at 6,647. The State governments will each make their own decisions on when to reopen schools, School Education Secretary Anita Karwal said on Friday, emphasising that the Centre would not intervene in the issue.
2) India-China Lt. General-level talks to be held today
The two countries on Friday held diplomatic talks with an aim to resolve the standoff, and agreed to handle the issue through peaceful discussions while respecting each other's sensitivities, concerns and aspirations.
