Recently Apple provided long-awaited updates to its iMac lineup, and although there are no cosmetic changes to be found in the 2019 iMac, these machines feature noteworthy CPU and GPU improvements under the hood. In fact, CPU options now start at 6-core processors for the base 27-inch model, a notable boost over the strict 4-core configurations from the previous refresh. If you desire more processing power, then the new iMacs, with their updated Intel CPUs and AMD GPUs provide a substantial performance upgrade.

Tim Cook delivers Tulane commencement address, talks climate change and his journey to Apple

Making The Grade: Is macOS really less stable than it used to be?

I've been managing macOS in an enterprise environment since 2009, so I was around during the "stable" periods of Snow Leopard, as well as what others would call unstable periods. One of the common themes I've heard in my technology circles over the past few years is that macOS has become less stable. I manage 100s of Mac laptops at the moment, and I would estimate I've been responsible for 1,000+ devices over the past ten years. 'Boycott Apple' movement gains new traction in China as US trade dispute continues

Photos: Apple holds Apple Park opening ceremony and tribute to Steve Jobs

Apple yesterday held its formal opening of Apple Park, including a concert on the rainbow stage at the center of the campus. Lady Gaga performed at the event, with Apple Park employees taking to Twitter and Instagram to share photos and videos.
