2. Mobile internet suspended in 3 Haryana districts for 24 hours as Delhi witnesses violent protests Mobile internet services have been suspended in three Haryana districts of Sonipat, Jhajjar and Palwal for 24 hours ending 5 p.m. on Wednesday, the State government said on Tuesday evening, as violent protests by farmers rocked neighbouring Delhi.
3. Supreme Court to hear pleas of Tandav director, others seeking quashing of FIRs The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on Wednesday a batch of pleas seeking quashing of criminal complaints lodged in various states against Ali Abbas Zafar, the Director of web series 'Tandav', and others for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus.
4. Sasikala to be released from jail on Wednesday According to prison authorities, the former aide of late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, will be formally released on Wednesday. "... All the formalities pertaining to her release will be completed tomorrow at the hospital itself," a prison official told PTI. 8. Team India, England members arrive in Chennai Indian team vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane, senior batsman Rohit Sharma and pacer Shardul Thakur arrived on Tuesday.
