1. Rajasthan: Polls for chairmen of 45 local bodies on Sunday The elections for the posts of chairman in 45 urban local bodies of 12 districts in Rajasthan will be held on Sunday, an official said. A spokesman for the State Election Commission said the chairmen for five urban local bodies have been elected unopposed. For the remaining 45 urban local bodies, 101 candidates are in the fray. The voting will be held from 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday while the counting will take place immediately after the polling concludes, he added. 2. More farmers set to march to Delhi from Punjab With tens of thousands of farmers heading for the State borders of Delhi to protest against the Centre's farm laws, scores of farmers and farm labourers are all set to march to Delhi from Punjab in the coming week to ensure the ongoing agitation does not lose its steam. 4. Neymar to miss PSG's showdown at league leader Lille Neymar will miss Paris Saint-Germain's showdown at league leader Lille on Sunday because of a lingering ankle injury and likely won't return to the lineup until next month. The Brazil star was hurt deep into injury time in last Sunday's 1-0 home loss to Lyon, when his left ankle buckled under a heavy tackle from Thiago Mendes and he was stretchered off the field. 5. Indian Super League | Hyderabad FC face tough test against Mumbai City Unbeaten so far in five games but lying at the bottom half of the standings, Hyderabad FC face table toppers Mumbai City FC in an Indian Super League match on Sunday. Hyderabad have nine points from five games with two wins and three draws, while Mumbai City share the top spot with ATK Mohun Bagan. They have 13 points from four wins and a draw, the latter coming against Jamshedpur in the last round. 6. Indian Super League | East Bengal, Kerala eye first win in clash of ISL strugglers Still winless after five matches, laggards SC East Bengal and Kerala Blasters would look to secure their maiden win of the ongoing Indian Super League season when they face each other at the GMC Stadium, on Sunday. While East Bengal are at the bottom of the 11-team standings with just one point, Kerala Blasters are no better as they occupy the ninth spot with two draws. 7. Coronavirus | Latest numbers and developments The number of positive coronavirus cases reported from India now stands at 1,00,30,211 at the time of publishing this newsletter. The death toll from the disease stands at 1,45,543.
