British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab to hold talks with EAM Jaishankar on Tuesday External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab will hold talks on Tuesday to expand cooperation in a range of sectors like trade, defence, education and health. The Ministry of External Affairs said Raab is paying an official visit to India from December 14-17.
3. Amid protests over agri laws, PM to meet farmers in Kutch on Tuesday  Amid the ongoing protest by farmers on Delhi borders against the Centre’s new agri laws, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet members of the farming community, including Sikh cultivators in Gujarat, during a visit to Kutch district on Tuesday.
4. New agri laws: BJP to organise meetings of farmers in MP from Tuesday The BJP will organise meetings of farmers in various divisions of Madhya Pradesh from Tuesday to dispel "misconceptions" being spread about the Centre's three new farm laws, state Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel said.
5. Delhi BJP to launch campaign to drum up support for agri laws The Delhi BJP will launch a four-day campaign from Tuesday to drum up support in favour of the three farm laws.
6. PM Modi in Gujarat on Tuesday, to lay foundation stones for projects Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a one-day visit to Kutch in Gujarat on Tuesday during which he will lay the foundations stones for several projects and interact with farmers and artisans from the tent city of Dhordo in the district.
7. MP may get relief from intermittent drizzle on Dec 15: IMD Madhya Pradesh might get a breather on Tuesday from the intermittent drizzle being experienced over the past few days as a trough line from the Arabian Sea to the state is expected to weaken in the next 24 hours, an IMD official said on Monday.
8. RSS-affiliate BKS to protest in Madhya Pradesh for MSP regime The RSS-affiliated Bharatiya Kisan Sangh (BKS) said it would protest on Tuesday on two highways in Madhya Pradesh in support of the minimum support price (MSP) mechanism with over 10,000 farmers expected to take part, a functionary said on Monday.

FSDC meeting on Tuesday; to take stock of economy, financial sector Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has convened a meeting of the Financial Stability and Development Council (FSDC) on Tuesday to discuss about the state of the financial sector and revival strategy for the economy that has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic.
10. Andhra CM leaving for Delhi, may meet Union Home Minister  Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy would visit New Delhi on Tuesday and is likely to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Mr. Reddy would reach the national capital at 4.15 pm and drive to his official residence at 1-Janpath.
11. Karnataka legislative council likely to be stormy on Tuesday The Karnataka Legislative Council that has been called for a day-long session on Tuesday is expected to be stormy as the ruling BJP is likely to insist on its no-confidence motion against the Chairman, and the tabling of anti-cow slaughter bill is also on the cards.
12. Ex-Bengal CM Buddhadeb may be discharged from hospital on Tuesday  Former West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee is likely to be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday as his health condition has improved, officials said.

PCL bid evaluation meet on Tuesday; Vedanta, Apollo Global, I Squared Capital arm in race A high-powered committee will on Tuesday evaluate preliminary bids received from mining-to-oil conglomerate Vedanta and private equity firms Apollo Global and I Squared Capital's arm Think Gas for buying the government's 52.98 per cent stake in BPCL, sources said.
