Government asks farmer unions to submit specific issues in farm laws by Wednesday The government has asked farmers’ bodies to identify specific issues related to the three new farm laws and submit those by Wednesday for consideration and discussion in the next round of talks on Thursday, an official statement said after a nearly three-hour-long meeting remained inconclusive. 2. Deep depression over Bay of Bengal now cyclonic storm ‘Burevi’ Cyclonic storm ’Burevi’ is very likely to intensify further and cross the Sri Lankan coast on December 2, the India Meteorological Department said. It is very likely to emerge into Gulf of Mannar and adjoining Comorin area -- around Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu -- on December 3 morning, the IMD said in a bulletin.
