Biden's blue collar pitch

Joe Biden is pivoting hard toward the center. This comes as he's making his biggest pitch yet to the voters in the Rust Belt who helped President Trump win in 2016.
At a town hall Thursday night just outside his hometown Scranton, Pennsylvania, Biden often moved away from the left of the Democratic Party on issues such as fracking and police reform. He also set out to play up class divisions, using his blue-collar upbringing to contrast with Trump's wealthy background.
CNBC's Christina Wilkie breaks down Biden's messaging adjustment as early voting begins in some places, with just under 50 days to go until Election Day.
