The calls to dramatically reform policing and the criminal justice system are growing louder. But will anything actually change this time?   Congressional Democrats on Monday unveiled sweeping reform legislation. However, as long as the GOP controls the Senate, whatever ends up getting passed will need to require some dramatic compromise. With that in mind, Sen. Tim Scott, one of the three black senators currently serving, is working on his own reform measure. Sen. Mitt Romney, who joined a Black Lives Matter march over the weekend, also said that he and other Republicans were working on a proposal.   Here are other stories we are following: Kamala Harris is proving to be a big ally for Joe Biden as he seeks a running mate. She is set to appear in a virtual fundraiser for the Biden campaign Tuesday that is expected to bring in well over $2 million. President Trump, who has lost ground in the polls to Biden, is aiming to restart his rallies this month now that states have begun lifting coronavirus restrictions. Protests against police brutality aren't just happening in big cities.
