CNBC has been covering what governments and businesses can do as the nation continues to experience protests calling for police reform and an end to systemic racism. Follow our Finding Solutions series here.   Here are some stories the CNBC Politics team has been following: President Trump unveiled his plan in response to the protests that followed the death of unarmed black man George Floyd in police custody. The proposals stopped well short of expansive police reform. With states reopening even as coronavirus cases are on the rise in certain places, Joe Biden revealed his proposal for how he would get the economy going as the disease continues to spread. Senate Republicans, led by Lindsey Graham, are continuing their investigation into the origins of the Mueller probe.
