Coronavirus | Latest numbers and developments The number of positive coronavirus cases reported from India is 5,67,530 with the death toll at 16,898. Unlock 2 | Schools, cinemas to remain shut; domestic flights, trains to be expanded in calibrated way More domestic flights and passenger trains will be allowed in a calibrated manner during the the month-long 'Unlock 2' beginning July 1 while educational institutions, Metro Rail services, cinema halls and gyms will remain shut. 5. Delhi govt to set up country's first plasma bank The Delhi government will set up a first-of-its-kind 'plasma bank' in the country for treating COVID-19 patients, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Monday, even as the number of coronavirus cases crossed the 85,000 mark in the national capital. 6. Karnataka CM directs private hospitals in Bengaluru to arrange 2,500 additional beds by Tuesday Private hospitals and nursing homes in Bengaluru have been directed to set apart an additional 2,500 beds for treatment of COVID-19 patients, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa said on Monday.  7. West Bengal sets up 'COVID warrior club' to help contain pandemic The West Bengal government has set up a 'COVID warrior club' in Murshidabad district, comprising people who have recovered from the disease and willing to aid the administration and health workers in containing the pandemic. 8. Odisha Congress to stage demonstrations against fuel price rise The Odisha unit of the Congress will stage demonstrations across the state on Monday and Tuesday to protest the "unprecedented" increase in prices of petrol and diesel, a senior party leader said. 9. EU to prepare list of COVID-safe nations by Tuesday The European Union will have a list of 15 COVID-19-safe countries for travel purposes ready by Tuesday at the latest, Spanish Foreign Minister Arancha Gonzalez Laya said on Monday.  10. Hungary to apply for nuclear plant expansion licence Hungary will submit licensing paperwork to the state atomic agency today to expand its sole nuclear power plant and fast-track the first phase of its construction, the earth works at the reactor site, the government said on Monday.
