This year's Juneteenth has taken on an even bigger meaning in the wake of George Floyd's killing and the weeks of civil unrest that followed it.
The holiday, which commemorates the end of slavery in the Confederacy, is giving corporations a chance act on the rhetoric they've been employing over the past few weeks about racial justice and efforts to address systemic racism. CNBC's Lauren Hirsch looks at how some corporations are observing the holiday, whether through paid days off or educational programs.
