1. Coronavirus | Latest numbers The number of positive cases reported in India stands at 20,060 with 647 fatalities. A five-member Central team has projected that the number of COVID-19 cases in Mumbai will touch an estimated 42,604 by April 30 and spiral to 6,56,407 by May 15. The state government has contested the methodology used for this mathematical modelling.
2. UP, Delhi, Karnataka govts to arrange COVID-19 tests for media persons Arvind Kejriwal said the government will start COVID-19 testing for media persons from Wednesday. Second batch of Iran-returned pilgrims to reach Kargil after quarantine in UP The flight carrying the pilgrims from Hindon Air Force Station in Ghaziabad landed at Kargil at 11:15 am on Tuesday and the administration is actively pursuing the return of the next batch on Wednesday, the tweet added. 6.
