The highs are getting lower and the market is rapidly approaching the end of seasonal demand. The Saudi's have announced a plan to limit production, but as always with them actions speak louder than words. There might be some validity to their claims this time as the want to go forward with the IPO of ARAMCO in 2020. But U.S. producers hold the wild card and with the completion of additional pipelines in the Permian basin, the bottleneck of supply should see some relief and additional production could be down the road.
