Report: T-Mobile looks to gain DOJ approval for Sprint merger through deal with Dish Network

Although T-Mobile and Sprint got the green light from the FCC for their merger, the carriers haven’t received the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) blessing. Now, T-Mobile is reportedly in talks with Dish Network that could make it a new wireless provider and alleviate the DOJ’s concerns about the T-Mobile/Sprint merger being anti-competitive for the market.

GE unveils HomeKit Air Conditioner lineup with geolocation capabilities

Summer is finally here. With it comes a heatwave that can be significantly alleviated with the help of a pool or air conditioner. Last year GE unveiled its first HomeKit air conditioner which let users control their home’s climate using Siri via Apple’s Home app.

Apple releases third iOS 13 developer beta and more

Apple has released the third developer beta version of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 alongside new seeds of watchOS 6, tvOS 13, and macOS Catalina. Apple’s public beta builds should follow at a later date after the latest developer beta has been tested for some time.

Apple wants the Supreme Court to include LGBTQ workers in job anti-discrimination laws

In interview, Eddy Cue denies reports that he and Tim Cook sent script notes for Apple TV+ shows

In an interview with GQ magazine, Apple SVP Eddy Cue hit back at some of the reports surrounding the Apple original content launch. A New York Post article ahead of the Apple TV+ unveiling said that Tim Cook had been reviewing scripts for Apple’s shows and sending notes like “don’t be so mean” to the producers and directors.

Cue firmly rejects that report in this interview, telling GQ “there's never been one note passed from us on scripts, that I can assure you. We leave the folks [alone] who know they're doing."

Apple schedules Q3 2019 earnings announcement for July 30
