Facebook's photos are missing

I tried to upload a video of Verge video director Alix Diaconis to my Instagram Story today, and it failed. I wanted my followers to see how cute her dress looks and that we were teaming up — the dream! — to make a new video for The Verge's YouTube page. The video wouldn't upload, though. Apparently, Facebook and all its properties are partially down, but only in that the apps can't render videos or photos, or accept new posts. I'm not the only one who can't make content!

I'm sorry, Alix, I wanted to post that video of you, and I will later today, hopefully.
