West Virginia is still waiting on a game-changing $84 billion investment from China that was promised in 2017 President Trump's 2017 trip to China included a signing ceremony in the colossal Great Hall of the People to unveil business deals totaling more than $250 billion. One-third of that value was supposed to flow to West Virginia, but eighteen months after the deal announcement, China has spent no money.
