Padmaavat: Security flops as mobs block and bust
The Supreme Court may have allowed the release of Padmaavat on January 25 but Gujarat deputy chief minister, Nitin Patel, appealed to the people to boycott the film and maintain peace in the state. On Thursday, the apex court had also quashed the review petitions filed by Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan governments against release of Padmaavat’s release in their respective states.

Nil Desai, 44, from a small Talodh village near Bardoli, has made 26 attempts to pass class 12 science exams but failed every time. Yet Desai is a doctorate in chemistry now. He got his PhD in the subject with his research on ‘Effective green inhibitors for mild steel corrosion in various acids’ from the Uka Tarsadiya University in Bardoli last week.
